To develop a refined and design-forward identity for a luxury building company setting a new standard on the Gold Coast. Improv isn't just another builder, they are driven by creativity, craftsmanship, and a seamless end-to-end process. The challenge was to reflect their elevated approach and confirm their status as true leaders in high-end construction. Cutting through the noise of average operators with a brand that signals trust, taste, and attention to detail.

The solution

A bold, design-led identity that blends striking visuals with elevated construction aesthetics. High-contrast colours, paired with a confident, extended wordmark give the brand immediate impact. Supported by sharp typography and considered layouts, the identity feels premium yet unapologetically modern, positioning Improv as a standout in the luxury building space.
